Lo sentimos, pero no estamos recibiendo aplicaciones de ayuda para fianzas en estos momentos. Puede contactor a Rosa Santana a firstname.lastname@example.org si tiene alguna pregunta. ALERT: Please be aware of scammers trying to defraud people with loved ones in immigration detention! Recently we’ve learned that people have impersonated the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund (BCBF) and other immigration bond funds, even using fake bond orders or asking that people provide false information. Envision Freedom Fund will never charge money or fees or ask to be paid back! While some families do join us in contributing to a bond payment, we will never ask for money transfers via Western Union, Moneygram, Ria, or Zelle. We will also never ask you to provide false information as that could impact an immigration case.
Please contact Envision Freedom Fund directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Our hotline is a conduit between community members in detention and Envision Freedom Fund. Staff members and volunteers will respond to calls from community members in immigration detention to provide direct support, which includes but is not limited to bond referrals, commissary funds, legal referrals, and book requests. This line will also be used to monitor and document human rights violations and conditions inside the jails/detention Centers. Our staff members will contact the jail or ICE when needed to advocate on behalf of detained community members.
